Strategy² is led by its Director, Diane Minnis and Principal Consultant, Siri Kommedahl.  Diane and Siri come from diverse backgrounds and have joined forces to deliver excellence in consulting services across many industries.

Diane Minnis has a broad array of skills in project and change management, communications, training and online learning. Diane worked as a Senior Adviser to a NSW Minister and in issues management and communications with a range of organisations. She has an extensive public sector background, a Masters Degree in Public Sector Management and 3 years service as a Director of a community organisation.

Siri Kommedahl has worked for over 16 years in the corporate sector mostly in senior/executive management and business development for the IT industry. Her strategic thinking and leadership abilities have also lead several arts organisations through transitions and growth either as a consultant or as an interim executive. Project management, new business development, leading teams through transition or growth and strategic event planning are all areas where Siri’s expertise can make a difference in your organisation.
